September/October 2025 Digital Actions
Join Action for Animals Community to complete our monthly Action List for animals!
Using your laptop, tablet or phone, you can take meaningful action through digital activism – helping to build a kinder world for animals, from shutting down factory farms to protecting precious habitats for wildlife.
The actions vary each month, but may include signing petitions, contacting political representatives, making policy submissions, and more.
If you’re in Magandjin/Brisbane, you’re warmly invited to join us in person at Vega Cafe for brunch and digital activism together. Or feel free to complete the actions any time, from wherever you are.
You can find upcoming events and stay in the loop by following us on Facebook and Instagram @a4acommunity.

Join us in urging state and territory Environment and Agricultural Ministers to stop allowing the killing of native wildlife.
Demand an end to the use of 1080 in Australia, an inhumane poison that inflicts a slow and agonising death on native animals, wildlife, and companion animals.
Email Australia’s Minister for the Environment and Water, the Hon Tanya Plibersek MP, and ask her to fulfil her promise to reform our nature laws.
You can make a difference by showing Christopher Luxon (National Party Leader), David Seymour (ACT Party leader) and Winston Peters (NZ First Party Leader) that there is significant support in the general New Zealand community for ending the live export of animals.
The Taiji dolphin hunts are harming dolphins for profit. Every year hundreds of dolphins are slaughtered and dozens are captured for a life in captivity during the Taiji dolphin hunts.
Monkey Mia dolphins are part of feeding programs that can have serious consequences for dolphins’ health and wellbeing. Yet dolphins are still being fed for tourism at Monkey Mia and there are plans to entice more dolphins into this harmful program.
Tell Traveloka to stop selling tickets to exploitative wildlife experiences. Sign the petition and promote ethical travel.
