Call on Qld DPI to ban future ‘Bikes and Bulls’ events

Action type
E-mail

On 31 January 2026, a ‘Bikes and Bulls’ event at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre exposed bulls to pyrotechnics, loud amplified noise, and motorbike stunts.

The matter has been referred by RSPCA Queensland to the Department of Primary Industries (Animal Welfare Branch), but community voices are critical to ensuring accountability.

Take action: Use the AJP’s letter template to contact the Department and call for a full investigation, enforcement of animal welfare laws, and stronger oversight of future events. Every message helps push for transparency and protection for animals.
